<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate iron core manufacturing method having good workability and capable of securing economical efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method has: a first step for overlapping plural laminate iron cores 10 having magnetic insertion holes 14, 15 in which permanent magnets 69, 70 are inserted while the adjacent magnet insertion holes 14, 15 are communicated by a resin communication hole 67 of an intermediate plate 44, and positioning and fitting them between a resin injection mold 20 on which plural resin storage parts 34 penetrating upward and downward are formed, and a support mold 23 opposed to the resin injection mold 20; a second step for filling the corresponding magnet insertion holes 14, 15 of the plural laminate iron cores 10 with resin 33 from the resin storage parts 34, respectively; and a third step for removing the plural laminate iron cores 10 together with the intermediate plate 44 from between the resin injection mold 20 and the support mold 23 after the resin 33 filled in the respective magnet insertion holes 14, 15 is hardened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
