<p>Disclosed are a composite girder manufacturing method, a composite girder manufactured thereby, and a construction structure using the composite girder. The present invention comprises steps of: successively arranging segmented girders of a predetermined number; manufacturing a temporary assembled girder by temporarily assembling the segmented girders successively arranged; installing a sheath pipe and a mold in a lower portion of the temporary assembled girder; manufacturing a temporary composite girder by pouting concrete in the mold and embedding a lower portion of the temporary assembled girder; separating the temporary composite girder into the segmented girders of the predetermined number by releasing the temporary assemble of the temporary composite girder; and piling up the segmented girders of the predetermined number respectively on the floor surface. According to the present invention, the loss of tension force applied by preliminary tension in a lower portion of a conventional composite girder does not fundamentally occur by manufacturing the composite girder using the segmented girders which do not require the preliminary tension.</p> |
