Provided in the present invention is a mixing reactor of heterogeneous fluids in which a first and second fluid sprayed respectively through a first nozzle and a second nozzle formed coaxially with the same are substantially crushed in vertical direction, are primarily mixed, and sprayed to a mixing chamber, and the primarily mixed mixture is substantially crushed with a fluid sprayed through a third nozzle part radially connected to the outer circumferential surface of the mixing chamber to be finally mixed, thereby improving mixing uniformity between fluids and reducing side reactions to improve reaction yield and reaction speed while simply repaired and maintains, and easily reused.
