<p>The present invention relates to a diffusion lens which diffuses divergence light emitted from a light emitting device at a uniform brightness comprising: a first lens plane (210) which receives the divergence light from the light emitting device (11) and has a concave elliptic shape; a second lens plane (220) which has a concave engraved shape at an upper center portion of the first lens plane (210); an outer lens plane (240) which diffuses the light incident through the first lens plane (210) and the second lens plane (220) to outside and has a convex curved shape; and a base plane (250) which is elongated from a lower rim of the first lens plane (210) in a horizontal direction to meet a lower rim of the outer lens plane (240). Since the light from a light emitting diode (LED) source used in a backlight or a lighting device is diffused at uniform brightness, a hot spot formed by focusing the light on the center portion is prevented.</p> |
