<p>Compositions for making synthetic surfaces capable of supporting cells in culture, particularly cells that will be used therapeutically, are disclosed. The synthetic surfaces are formed form pre-polymers, one having a cell adhesive peptide, and the other having a cross-linker moiety. Methods of making the surfaces are disclosed, as well as methods of culturing cells on the surfaces.</p> |
