<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control dispersions that occur in position detection results of a side stand owing to magnetic force dispersions of magnets. <P>SOLUTION: The detecting device of side stand includes a magnet 4, a hole IC5 facing the magnet 4, and a case 2 which is fixed to the body of a motorcycle for storing the magnet 4 and a magnetic sensor 5, wherein a slot 2d is formed between the magnet 4 and the magnetic sensor 5. When a side stand is located in a stored position, a magnetic shield board 13 interlocking with rotation of the side stand is located within the slot 2d, and the stored position concerned is detected by shielding the magnetic field T from the magnet 4 to the hole IC5. When the side stand is located in a standing position, the magnetic shield board 13 is evacuated from the slot 2d and then the standing position concerned is detected by detecting the magnetic field T of the magnet 4 via the hole IC5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
