The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chair functioning as a high chair. To achieve this, the present specification discloses a chair functioning as a high chair comprising: a seat frame which has armrest on both sides and legs on the bottom; a seat joined to the seat frame; an auxiliary seat arranged inside the seat to be elevated and integrated with a backrest; and a table connected to the rear side of the seat frame by a hinge to be set up on or laid on the seat in a vertical or horizontal manner with the rotation around the hinge which has an accepting groove shaped to correspond to the backrest inside to prevent the table from coming in contact with the backrest, being hindered by the backrest.
