摘要 <p>Provided are an electric power facility diagnosing system and a method thereof. The electric power facility diagnosing system comprises a database storing a plurality of ultrasonic signals classified by fault type such that the ultrasonic signals are matched to hashing values, respectively; an ultrasonic wave sensor unit receiving a first ultrasonic wave signal generated in an electric power facility; and a control unit obtaining a hashing value of the first ultrasonic wave signal by applying a hashing function to a plurality of frequency components extracted from the first ultrasonic wave signal, and diagnosing, when a second ultrasonic wave signal having the hashing value as that of the first ultrasonic wave signal is searched from the database, the electric facility on the basis of a fault type corresponding to the second ultrasonic wave signal.</p>
