<p>Method for the treatment of reeds of vegetable origin comprising the use of a composition, in particular a liquid composition comprising a polysaccharide chosen between acemannan and glucomannan and, in particular, Aloe juice in a proportion of at least 50% of the volume. The composition is useful to prepare the reeds for use, for example instead of moistening them with saliva, and to preserve the reeds; it also greatly improves durability and performance, and in particular the quality of the sound produced. Furthermore, it has a regenerative effect also on reeds that have already been used. Preferably Argan juice and/or salivary enzymes are also featured.</p> |
