PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp with new cooling and heat-dissipating means.SOLUTION: An LED lamp (10) includes a plurality of LED elements (18) and a glass sealed container (6) surrounding the LED elements, and low molecular weight gas is sealed in the glass sealed container. The low molecular weight gas is either helium gas, hydrogen gas, neon gas, or mixed gas thereof. A base (2) is formed at the end portion of the glass sealed container (6), and airtight between the inside of the container and the outside thereof is maintained. |
