A space (13) is formed in a holding portion (12) holding a magnet (14) and a tip portion (20a) of the drive shaft (20) is pressed in the space (13), so that a caulked portion (23) is formed. Since the space (13) is formed, the moving holder (10), the diaphragm (5), and the drive shaft (20) can be integrally fixed by one caulking step.
