The present invention relates to a method for automatically ordering groceries for healthcare. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: (a) obtaining, by a user terminal corresponding to a refrigerator, grocery status information when the grocery status information is monitored using a first sensor and a second sensor, wherein the first sensor is activated when a food compartment of the refrigerator opens, and identifies groceries which are newly put into the food compartment or are taken out of the food compartment, and the second sensor identifies the browning state of the groceries in the food compartment of the refrigerator; (b) comparing, by the terminal, recommended diet information with the grocery status information in the compartment of the refrigerator when the recommended diet information customized for a user is obtained from a medical institution corresponding to the user; and (c) transmitting, to a grocery store corresponding to the user, automatic order information of relevant groceries when the grocery status information obtained by the first sensor indicates that there are ingredients which need to be bought in reference to the recommended diet information, or the grocery status information obtained by the second sensor indicates that there are groceries having browned. According to the present invention, the status of groceries stored in a refrigerator is accurately identified by a user terminal. Therefore, by blocking access to files in the kernel area, not blocking access thereto in the user area, a process that attempts to access files through various routes may be controlled.
