<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic encoder which encodes an acoustic signal of a three-dimensional acoustic system having a plurality of channels, its decoder, and their programs. <P>SOLUTION: An acoustic encoder 100 includes: a basic signal calculation part 2 which converts acoustic signals of a plurality of channels into basic signals by using a basic signal conversion coefficient predetermined so that the acoustic signals of the plurality of channels become the basic signals of the number of channels fewer than the plurality of channels as maintaining a predetermined acoustic feature amount at a predetermined sound receiving point constant; an auxiliary signal calculation part 3 which converts the acoustic signals of the plurality of channels into auxiliary signals by using an auxiliary signal conversion coefficient predetermined so as to be auxiliary signals of the number of channels corresponding to three-dimensional spatial difference when acoustic reproduction of the acoustic signals of the plurality of channels and the basic signals is performed; and an encoding part 5 which performs encoding by setting bit allocation to the auxiliary signals as fewer than bit allocation of the basic signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
