<p>The present invention relates to a segment type tire mold and, more specifically, a segment type tire mold comprising a tread ring consisting of plurality of operating sectors to mold tire tread and a side ring to mold the side wall of the tire. In the present invention, the segment type tire mold has a plurality of tread sectors to form a tire tread part; a rear mold part which supports the tread sector and enables the tread sector to move between an opening and a closing position; two cell insertions to mold tire side walls; and two side surface plates on which each cell insertion is installed. The segment type tire mold can form a deep and complicated shape part in the side cells as the tread sector and cell insertion are casted from a single casting model, wherein the shape part is extended from the tread to the side wall to be arranged favorably in a shape and appearance, while being easily matched.</p> |
