The present invention relates to a liquid dispenser having a one-touch pressing unit to enable users to discharge liquid and, more specifically, to a liquid dispenser which enables users to adjust the discharge of a liquid using the position of the pressing unit, and locks the pressing unit to lock the discharge while the liquid dispenser is being carried. Therefore, the liquid dispenser enables users to discharge and use an exact amount of liquid required without unintentionally discharging the liquid while carrying or storing it; thereby maximizing usability and convenience.
