摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an interior permanent magnet synchronous machine. In an interior permanent magnet synchronous machine which has a through hole where a shaft is installed by penetrating, and a rotor which has a plurality of barriers for installing a permanent magnet around the through hole, the barriers of the rotor has an asymmetrical structure where ribs of various shapes are formed at the ends of both sides. The rotor has a first rotor and a second rotor which are separated from each other based on a stack direction length. The barriers of the second rotor are arranged with the same column in a direction opposite to that of the barriers of the first rotor, which have asymmetrical structure and are aligned to form a same column, to face each other. Accordingly, the rotor is divided into constant regions in a stack direction. The barrier or/and the permanent magnet formed in one region and another region are asymmetric. Because there is no necessity for manufacturing a notching or skew structure like an existing invention, it can be easily manufactured, has superior assembly, reduces caulking torque and torque ripple, and maintains torque performance.</p>
