The present invention relates to a rear air conditioner for a vehicle and, more specifically, relates to a rear air conditioner for a vehicle to meet a user′s requirements regarding to air volume and airflow distribution; and to have improved temperature properties as air discharged from a blower passes through an upper, a middle, and a lower air passage of an air conditioning case at a regular rate. To achieve this, the rear air conditioner for a vehicle has a passage narrowing part which adjusts a profile of an air velocity by applying resistance to the air flowing through the air conditioning case to make the air flow inside the air conditioning case at a regular rate. In addition to this, the rear air conditioner for a vehicle improves a heating performance of a heat exchanger (heater core) by making air pass through the entire surface of the heat exchanger at a regular rate.
