Disclosed are a compound for an organic electroluminescent device and the organic electroluminescent device comprising the same. According to the present invention, the organic electroluminescent device comprising the compound for the organic electroluminescent device can improve thermal stability and light emitting efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device by using the compound of the present invention as a hole transport material and increasing triplet energy of a phosphorescent light emitting material. More specifically, the organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least one organic matter layer between the first electrode and the second electrode.
