<p>Pharmaceutical piperidine derivs. prodn. Cpds. having analgetic, antitussive and partly, depressant properties, have formula: (in which R1 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical (max. 10C), cinnamyl, an opt. substd. phenyl-lower alkyl gp. in which phenyl can be attached to the alkyl directly, or via O, CO, alkylimino or alkenylimino gp. R2 and R3 are C2-4 alkyls). Acid addition salts of these compounds may also be used. These compounds are produced by reacting a compound of the above formula in which R3 represents gp. (where R4 is methyl, ethyl or propyl, Y is a lower alkyl, and Z is CN or COOY). with an acid and if desired, liberating compound (I) from the acid addition salt.</p> |
