Provided is a power amplifier which can suppress temperature dependence of power gain regarding regulated power as well as a small signal gain deviation. A source of Tr1 is grounded. The source of Tr2 is connected to a drain of the Tr1. A capacitor C1 is connected between a gate of the Tr2 and a ground point. An idle current control circuit (5) having a positive temperature gradient has idle current of the Tr1 proportional to ambient temperature. A drain voltage control circuit (6) having a positive temperature gradient has drain voltage of the Tr1 proportional to the ambient temperature.
