The present invention relates to a sole of shoes with ease of length control and, more specifically, a sole of shoes with ease of length control, which is divided into a toe part and a heel part and is allowed to control the height by the foot size of a user and then to connect the toe part to the heel part and plays various roles in absorbing and buffering weight and impact on sole of the foot while walking or working out; preventing slide; ventilating air; and holding the sole of the foot in a stable manner to prevent sprain, thereby providing a good sense of wearing for a user. |
