摘要 The present invention relates to a rise in packing density of a target product which is a manganese-based positive electrode active material while decreasing plasticizing time and temperature by using a plastic additive and a secondary battery including the manganese-based positive electrode active material where provided is a manganese-based positive electrode active material whose packing density is increased to 4.0 g/cm^3, thereby enabling the plastic temperature and time to decrease to 750 degree Celsius and by one hour when the manganese-based positive electrode active material is manufactured.
