<p>The jig for wood chainsaw consists of a bearing housing (3) and a blade holder (7), on which is attached a saw blade with a chain (2). The gear of the saw chain is provided by a chain wheel (6), which is mounted on the outer grooving of a nut (5) fastened by a thread on a drive shaft of a spindle head (11) of a circular. The bearing housing (3) is located in the single row ball bearings (8). The distance the bearing housing (3) from the spindle head (11) is defined by the spacer rings (10, 4) according to the type of spindle head (11) of the circular. On to the housing (3) is attached a cover (1), which serves to protect the operator from injury. A spring (9) is used for reciprocating movement of the cutting by the jig mechanical control.</p> |
