<p>PURPOSE: A system for creating transliteration based phonetic sign is provided to create more exact Korean transliteration data using English phonetic symbol. CONSTITUTION: A Phoman code generating unit(201) generates a Phoman code coping with an English phonetic sign. A transliteration data converting unit(202) changes the Phoman code into a Korean transliteration data. The Phoman code generating unit maintains original pronunciation of the English phonetic symbol. The Phoman code generating unit express the phonetic symbol which is similar to silent sound with a small letter.</p> |
