The present invention relates to a self film-forming fast-hardening concrete composition. According to the present invention, a film forming agent having a curing effect forms a film after floating onto concrete or mortar. The self film-forming fast-hardening concrete composition according to the present invention contains 10 to 20 wt% of super fast-hardening cement, 72.4 to 89.885 wt% of aggregates, 0.1 to 5 wt% of a self film molding article, and 0.01 to 2 wt% of an antifoaming agent.
