摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a lung cancer prognostic marker using singlenucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in a promoter of a GNB2L1 (guanine nucleotide binding protein [G protein], beta polypeptide 2-like 1) gene, and to a composition for predicting survival prognosis of lung cancer, a kit for predicting survival prognosis of lung cancer, a micro array, and a method for predicting survival prognosis of lung cancer using the same. According to the present invention, an technology of predicting survival prognosis of lung cancer easily estimates prognosis of a patient with lung cancer, and targets selection of a treatment, a means for estimation, and the treatment, thereby increasing a survival rate of the patient with lung cancer.</p>
