<p>The present invention relates to a fixing device for machining a pine tree of a rotor shaft which fixates the rotor shaft in a vertical position such that the pine tree is placed to be machined on a disk of the rotor shaft. The fixing device for machining a pine tree of a rotor shaft comprises: a ring-shaped protective member which firmly encloses to protect a perimeter of an elongated portion of the rotor shaft; a clamping member having a coupling portion inserted to be coupled with a lower end surface of the elongated portion, a middle portion which is elongated downward from the coupling portion, and a support portion provided to be parallel with a lower end of the middle portion; an upper main body having an inner space, a support surface, and a plurality of coupling holes, wherein the elongated portion with which the clamping member and the protective member are coupled, is inserted into the inner space, the support surface on which a disk is placed and supported is provided on an upper portion of the upper main body, and a fixing means attached to the protective member around the elongated portion inserted into the inner space and fixates the elongated portion coupled with the coupling holes; and a lower main body provided as one entity on a bottom of the upper main body to support the support portion of the clamping member inserted into the inner space, wherein the lower main body is settled on a pine tree machining bed.</p> |
