Disclosed is a marine pipeline installing method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the marine pipeline installing method including: a mooring step of mooring a vessel where a first pipe where a head unit is formed on the front end in a place on the sea where a pipeline is to be installed and multiple second pipes capable of being connected to the rear end of the first pipe by turns are loaded; a connecting step of connecting the other end of an anchor line of which one end is connected to an anchor to an anchor handling tub (AHT) via a through-hole formed on the head unit; an anchoring step of dropping the anchor on the front side end of the place on the sea where the pipeline is to be installed; an installation step of installing the pipeline by dropping the first pipe where the second pipes are connected to the rear end by turns while moving the vessel to the rear side of the place on the sea where the pipeline is to be installed; and a detecting step of detecting whether or not the head unit is seated on the place where the pipe line is to be installed.
