The innovation relates to a system and/or methodology for reporting registration rejections to the UICC. More specifically, the innovation relates to providing remote access to registration rejection data stored in the UICC, transmitting the registration rejection data to a service provider, executing one or more UICC applications based on the registration rejection data, and/or logging or tracking the registration rejection data. In addition, the innovation provides for automating action taken by the UICC based on the registration rejection using artificial intelligence.

a memory that stores executable instructions; and a processor, communicatively coupled to the memory, that facilitates execution of the executable instructions to perform operations, comprising:
storing data representing a registration rejection notification associated with a mobile device in the memory;determining an action based on the data;enabling remote access, to be performed using a server, to the data associated with the registration rejection notification;facilitating performance of the action using the universal integrated circuit card;sending the data representing the registration rejection notification to the server for analysis; andfacilitating, based on an output from an artificial intelligence process, a dithering process performed by the universal integrated circuit card.
