The present invention relates to multi-grain powder and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the method includes: a first step of steaming black beans, at least one kind of nut selected from pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, and red ginseng with 15-30 wt% of steam with respect to the total weight of the black beans and the nuts so as to make steam enter into the inside of the black beans and the nuts; a second step of partially removing moisture contained in the black beans and the nuts by drying the black beans and the nuts containing moisture with hot air at 50-60°C; and a third step of removing remaining moisture by heating the black beans and the nuts, dried with hot air, at 220-240°C. Therefore, not only texture and flavor materials of the multi-grain powder have can be enhanced but also destruction of nutrients can be minimized. |
