The present invention relates to a one-touch spring straw. A straw can be attached to the outside of a beverage container or is stored in a storage box at a certain position. Therefore, when a user is going to drink beverage from the container, the user can drink the beverage without using an outside straw or without preparing an outside straw. With regard to an outside structure, the one-touch spring straw includes a straw cover unit (7), which is attached or combined to the upper part of the beverage container; a straw body unit (1) integrated with the straw cover unit (7); and a lower straw unit (2) combined to the straw body unit (1). With regard to an inner structure, the one-touch spring straw includes a corrugated touch straw (5); a punch straw (6) which is inserted into the lower end of the corrugated touch straw (6); a perforation straw (18) in the lower end of the punch straw; a saw tooth ring (4) which guides a diagonal spring (3) to lift up by being connected to the lower end of the corrugated touch straw (5); and the diagonal spring (3) which is formed to lift the corrugated touch spring (3) located at the top up higher than before being touched, by being connected to the saw tooth ring (4). |
