The present invention relates to a vibrating exercise device that can reduce production costs by facilitating manufacture and maintenance and can minimize a volume occupied by a foothold by making the foothold thin. The vibrating exercise device according to the present invention comprises: a vibrating actuator composed of a bobbin having a coil, where an electric current flows, wound thereround, and a yoke separated from the upper outer circumference surface of the bobbin and including magnetic materials on the inner circumference surface thereof to vibrate vertically above the bobbin according to the flow of the electric current in the coil; a foothold unit composed of a lower housing fixed to the lower end of the vibrating actuator and mounted on the ground, and an upper housing assembled above the lower housing and fixed to the upper end of the vibration actuator; and a vertical rod with an operation control panel fixed to one side of the foothold unit, having a height higher than the waist of a user and operated by the user. The bobbin has a hollow part formed along an axial line and the hollow part has a heat-dissipating channel intercommunicating with a heat-dissipating hole formed on the lower housing to emit operation heat, which is generated during the operation of the vibration actuator, out of the foothold unit. |
