The present invention relates to a micro filter device and a method for manufacturing the same. A capsule-shaped micro filter device is manufactured by using a main filtering material of a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) nano fiber material and a filtering material of a polypropylene (PP) material by preparing a composition including a filter part manufactured in a cylindrical form by bending a first filtering material made of a PVDF nano fiber material and a second filtering material made of a PP material and located on the outer side of the first filtering material, and a case part including a space where the filtering material is received inside, thereby obtaining an effect of removing solid particles of 1μm or less included in a solution before filtration.
