The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a display panel comprising a step for forming an insulating resin layer on one or more sides of a substrate; a step for forming a pattern comprising a protrusion unit having a non-polar resin film and an intaglio unit having a polar film on the insulating resin layer; and a step for forming an electrode pattern layer by filling conductive paste in the intaglio unit. The present invention is provided to improve the metal wire structure in a device such as substrate surface processing of an intaglio structure and adhesive property control with metal paste, thereby removing residue faulty, easily reducing the residue faulty, and improving process efficiency and process production.
