<p>A compound having cytochrome P450 inhibition effect which is used in experiment for identifying drug interaction and metabolite activation is provided to shorten time and expense for detecting the interaction by using an imidazole urea based compound. An imidazole urea based compound of the chemical formula 1 has the inhibition effect of cytochrome P450. In the chemical formula 1, Ar is not substituted or phenyl or pyridine substituted with straight chain or branch chain of 1-6 carbon atoms or trifluoremethyl substituent; l is 0, 1 or 2; m is 1 or 2 and n is 1 or 2. The imidazole urea based compound of the chemical formula is 4-(3,4-dichloro-benzyl)-piperidine-1-yl]-imidazole-1-yl-methanone.</p> |
