The present invention relates to a pistol type biopsy device which comprises a housing including a barrel part and a handle part; a first slider installed inside the barrel part to be slid and having an inner needle fixed; a second slider having a cannula combined with the first slider to be relatively moved, and fixed on the outer circumference of the inner needle to be relatively moved; a first and second spring connecting the first and second sliders to the barrel part respectively; and a first and second locking part locking the first and second sliders on the barrel part respectively when the first and second sliders moves backward ; and a moving unit sequentially canceling locking state of the first and second locking parts for the inner needle and the cannula shoot with a certain difference in time upon control of a trigger installed on the handle part, thereby having an effect of realizing a mechanism that the inner needle and the cannula is sequentially shoot by only one time control of the trigger with a compact constitution.
