A heat dissipating fin according to the present invention includes a moving die (21) which is a fin molder to have an inner side and an outer side with countergradient, a bending die (41), and a fixing die (31). The heat dissipating fin (10) corrects a variation by using the countergradient in molding stainless and can solve the problem of a stainless process.
