The present invention includes: a hyperspectral camera (110); a hyperspectral image DB (120) which stores the aerial photography image of the hyperspectral camera (110); an LED lamp (210) forming RGB which irradiates the light of a set color; a GPS module (230) which measures the location of an altitude standard device (200); an altitude sensing module (240) which measures the altitude of the altitude standard device (200); a battery (280) which supplies power for the operation of the altitude standard device (200); and a control module (220) which controls the operation of the altitude sensing module (240) and an input and output module (260).
