<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pulley comprises: a pulley body rotated by an external driving unit; a base rubber coated on the pulley body; and mixing rubber coated on the base rubber. A plurality of rubber chips, which are made of ground rubber and made of the same material as the base rubber, are arranged on the surface and inside of the mixing rubber. According to the pulley and the method to manufacture the pulley provided by the embodiment, the slip of a belt or a transported object due to the pulley and the abrasion of the pulley due to the weight of a transported object can be prevented.</p> |
