The present invention relates to a spinel-structured lithium complex oxide and a method for producing the same. More specifically, manganese is substituted by means of a dissimilar metal, and oxygen is substituted by means of anion substitution, so that oxygen secession is prevented during a charging or discharging process and outputting properties and life cycle properties can be improved.
