The present invention relates to an indirect co-culture method of osteoblastic cells and endothelial cells and, more specifically, to an indirect co-culture method of osteoblastic cells and endothelial cells, which comprises the step of separating osteoblastic cells and endothelial cells by a gel matrix and co-culturing. The co-culture method in the present invention indirectly cultures osteoblastic cells and endothelial cells as a co-culture method improving functions of both osteoblastic cells and endothelial cells.
