Disclosed in the present invention is a sealing apparatus for preventing corrosion of a fastening unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sealing apparatus for preventing corrosion of a fastening unit can prevent corrosion of a gap between a structure and a fastening means in a fastening unit of the structure where the fastening means is coupled, by comprising: a mold unit which has a volume for covering a fastening means coupled to a structure, and has an accommodating unit with an open front side; and an injection unit which is coupled to the mold unit, and supplies a sealant to the accommodating unit in the mold unit in order to cover and seal the fastening means.
