PREPARATION METHOD OF FILLER AND THE PAPER CONTAINING THE FILLER THEREBY

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a filler for paper comprising a step for preparing a diluted solution by diluting calcium carbonate and a calcium compound in water (step 1); a step for forming a pre-flocculated particle by adding ionic polymer to the diluted solution prepared at step 1 and then stirring (step 2); and a step for injecting carbon dioxide to the diluted solution having the pre-flocculated particle formed at step 2. The method for manufacturing a filler for paper according to the present invention can manufacture a filler solider and more stable even in strong vortex. Additionally, the paper for containing the filler for paper manufactured by the method according to the present invention can contain a lot of the fillers, thereby cutting production costs. Furthermore, the bulk of the paper is improved, thereby decreasing drying energy and having excellent breaking length.
