1. An isolated antibody that specifically binds human hepatocyte growth factor activator, wherein the antibody comprises (a) a heavy chain variable region comprising:
(i) a CDR-H1 sequence comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:12; (ii) a CDR-H2 sequence comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:13; and (iii) a CDR-H3 sequence comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:14; and(b) a light chain variable region comprising CDR L1, L2, and L3 sequences as depicted in SEQ ID NO:54 or SEQ ID NO:45.
