NON-WELDING TYPE CLEAR WATER COOLER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a clear water cooler for a ship. The clear water cooler comprises: a head portion where clear water inflows; a body portion where heat exchange takes place by being connected to a lower end of the head portion; and a tail portion where the clear water is discharged by being connected to a lower end of the body portion. After respectively manufacturing the head portion, the body portion, and the tail portion with a structural adhesive material; a mutual connection among the head portion, the body portion, and the tail portion is integrated using the structural adhesive material. A non-welding type clear water cooler for a ship and a manufacturing method thereof can reduce the costs and improve productivity since a seawater entrance hole is connected to an external surface of the body portion after the seawater for heat exchange enters and a heat exchange tube where clear water moves is equipped inside the body portion.
