The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of seasoned red pepper sauce of catfish for mitten crab stew, seasoned red pepper sauce of catfish manufactured by the method, and mitten crab stew and a manufacturing method thereof using the same. The manufacturing method of seasoned red pepper sauce of catfish for mitten crab stew in the present invention comprises the steps of manufacturing catfish paste; forming a mixture of mixing 100 parts by weight of the manufactured catfish paste, 80-120 parts by weigh of crushed garlic, 8-20 parts by weight of perilla powders; 50-70 parts by weight of red pepper powders, 8-20 parts by weight of table salt, 16-30 parts by weight of red pepper seed oil with 300-400 parts by weight of red pepper paste; and aging the mixture. |
