<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing a capacity of an airbag and to reduce cost by reducing the number of work processes by performing a work for forming a sewing line and a work for reinforcing vent holes at the same time.SOLUTION: Two vent holes 6 are vertically arrayed and formed at a central portion near a front side of a vehicle of an airbag 2 when seen from a top view and at a position somewhat deviating from a center line in a vehicle longitudinal direction on which a sewing line 2C for a bag is formed, and sewing lines 6a for holes around the vent holes 6 are formed by a part of the sewing line 2c for a bag of the airbag 2 in a single process. This allows the sewing line 2c for a bag to be formed on the center line in the vehicle longitudinal direction while making deploying behaviour performance and occupant restraining performance of the airbag 2 compatible and allows distance of positional deviation from the sewing line 2c for a bag to the vent holes 6 to be minimized, thereby preventing the capacity of the airbag from increasing due to great separation of the vent holes from the sewing line as before to reduce cost by reducing the capacity of the airbag 2.</p> |
