The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a large-diameter rotary pile which comprises: a process (1) for locating a construction position by using measurement equipment; a process (2) for installing a rotary unit (100) on the front end of a barge or on the ground of a construction position; a process (3) for mounting a boring apparatus (A) on the upper part of the rotary unit (100); a process (4) for constructing an excavation hole (B) in the ground by the operation of the boring apparatus (A); a process (5) for making a casing penetrating the excavation hole (B); a process (6) for repeating the processes (5) and (6) after rotating the rotary unit (100) at a fixed angle and for constructing a large-diameter pile hole (D) to interconnect the excavation holes (B) forming a circle in the ground; a process for breaking or excavating stones or soil in the middle of the large-diameter and for discharging the broken stones and the soil outside; and a process (8) for constructing a concrete pile inside the large-diameter pile hole (D). The method for constructing a large-diameter rotary pile according to the present invention is provided to facilitate construction of the large-diameter rotary pile on the ground, on the water, or in the ground by using a series of processes, to construct large-diameter piles of various sizes according to construction specifications, and to maximize construction quality by constructing the large-diameter rotary pile on an exact location.
