PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organo modified silicone for hair cosmetics which can impart high levels of smoothness and moist feeling to hair and sufficiently suppresses generation of obstacles in cosmetic treatment even when repeatedly used.SOLUTION: An organo modified silicone is represented by the general formula (1) in the figure. [Rrepresents a C2-12 alkyl group, Rrepresents a C13-22 alkyl group, X represents the general formula (2) defined by -R-NH-(R-NH)-H, and Y represents the general formula (3) defined by -R-NH-(R-NH)-R.]
