PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit for performing switching control irreversibly.SOLUTION: A switch circuit comprises: a short circuit part 10 having a first soluble conductor 14 and a first heating element for melting the first soluble conductor 14, and melting the first soluble conductor 14 by making the first heating element 15 generate heat to short-circuit between open electrodes by the molten conductor; an open part 20 having a second soluble conductor 24 arranged between energization electrodes and a second heating element 25 for melting the second soluble conductor 24, and melting the second soluble conductor 24 by making the second heating element 25 generate heat to open-circuit between the energization electrodes; a first current control element 13 controlling power feeding to the first heating element 15; and a second current control element 23 controlling power feeding to the second heating element 25. The open electrodes of the short circuit part 10 and the energization electrodes of the open part 20 are connected in series. |
